1.Create your account
Two minutes and an email address. You get a login you can come back to whenever you want to change a rate or swap a photograph.
2.Build the listing yourself
Drag your photographs in, write the description, set the rate and the months you will release. It saves as you go, and nothing is public until you say so.
3.Pick a package and submit
We invoice you, review the listing, and put it live. It runs for a full twelve months from the day it publishes.

I own a cottage here. How does listing work?
Create an owner account, then build the listing yourself: drag your photographs in, write the description, set the monthly rate and the months you are willing to release. Nothing is public while you work on it. When it is ready you pick a package and submit it — we invoice you, check the listing over, and put it live for twelve months.
What does a listing cost?
Bronze is $149, Silver $299 and Gold $499, each for a full twelve months from the day the listing publishes. That is the whole cost. We do not take a commission on what you rent the property for, and there is nothing to pay per enquiry or per booking.
What is the difference between the packages?
Photographs and placement. Bronze carries 10 photographs and a standard listing. Silver carries 25 and always ranks above every Bronze listing, with a Featured badge. Gold carries 40, sits above everything else on the site, holds a permanent homepage slot and can include a video walkthrough. Every tier gets the same listing page, the same enquiry form and the same twelve months.
Can I change the listing after it is live?
Yes, whenever you like, from your owner login. Rates, photographs, availability, description — it is your listing. Changes appear on the site within the hour.
Can I run a discount?
Yes. Set a discounted monthly rate and your normal price appears struck through with the offer beneath it and the saving alongside, which is exactly how a renter scanning a list of properties notices you. You can add a short label — "Winter special", "Book by October 31" — and remove it at any time.
Do I lose my summer calendar?
No. This site advertises the off season only. Your July and August stay exactly where they are, on whatever platform you already use. If anything, a well-kept winter tenant means your place opens in May in better shape than it closed in September.
Can I import my existing VRBO or Airbnb listing?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to get live. Send us the link and we pull the photographs and the property details straight across, then help you rework the copy for an off-season audience rather than a summer one. You do not have to re-photograph anything.
Who handles the enquiries?
They come to you. A renter fills in the form on your listing page and it goes straight to your inbox — you decide who you want in your property, you sign the agreement, and you hold the deposit. We are advertising, not a booking agent.
Who are these tenants?
Overwhelmingly people working: travel nurses on hospital contracts, trades on long project bookings, families out of their house for a renovation or an insurance claim, and people between a sale and a closing. They are here because of a job or a deadline and they stay for months rather than weekends.
What happens after twelve months?
We email you before the listing expires so you can renew for another year. If you do nothing it simply comes off the site — nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription running in the background.
Nothing is charged until you submit a listing and we invoice you.
